Michael Menz: President, St. Augustine, FL
Michael was promoted to President in September of 2015 and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. Prior he was the Executive Vice President of Riley Gear Corporation for more than 3 year.
Michael spent eight year as President of another gear manufacturer in northern Wisconsin before taking the roll at Riley Rear Corporation and has an additional 22 year in various Director and Managerial positions within other manufacturing companies.

Alan Trado: CFO, St. Augustine, FL
Alan joined Riley Gear Corporation in 1991 and was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in May 2014. He reports directly to the President of Riley Gear Corporation. Previous positions held at Riley Gear Corporation include Controller and Accountant. In addition, he was responsible for IT development and administration. He is currently responsible for managing accounting, finance, HR, IT, and purchasing.
Alan has educational background in accounting, finance, systems administration, and computer programming.
Alan is experienced in the production of financial reports and projections and job costing. He supported manufacturing and sales by providing numerous reporting tools, implementing two ERP systems, and performing EDI with major customers.
Micheal Burton: Director of Sales & Marketing, St. Augustine, FL
Mike joined Riley Gear Corp. in September 2017 as a highly accomplished business development sales and marketing professional with progressive experience (over 30 years) of managing and developing client relationships and market focused initiatives with a strategic planning background within the transportation equipment and industrial equipment industries. Mike brings a consistent history of success in generating revenue growth, managing business development initiatives and establishing key client relationships as a positive, high-energy team leader with a proven history of achievement in leading sales and business development teams to top performance. Mike is an honors graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with majors in Marketing & Finance.
Ted Galeza: Plant Manager, St. Augustine, FL
Ted has 26 years of employment with Riley Gear Corporation as Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Superintendent, Production Foreman, Operations Analyst, Materials Control, and Shipping Clerk.
Ted’s educational background includes an AAS in Mechanical Technology.
Ted has 13 years of previous employment with US Manufacturing, Bad Axe, Michigan Division, including 10 years as the Plant Manager. He was responsible for operations and manufacturing of machined parts and assemblies for the automotive industry.
Ted has three years of employment with Mercury Marine, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin Division, as Production Manager for Mazak machining systems, crankshaft and rod, gear case machining and four stroke assembly and boxing lines.
Brent Nicholson: Plant Manager, North Tonawanda, New York
Brent joined Riley Gear as the Plant Manager of the New York facility in August of 2017. He has maintained a diverse array of leadership rolls while working with several large corporations such as General Electric and DuPont. Brent is responsible for ensuring that all operations at the New York plant are running efficiently and on schedule. He will report directly to the President of Riley Gear.
Brent comes to Riley Gear with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Brent’s 34 years of service includes an extensive background in manufacturing operations, engineering, and business start- ups. Since his experience also includes Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, Kaizan and Leadership, Riley Gear is confident that Brent possesses the drive and motivation required in order to be an effective Plant Manager
